As promised in my last blog post, this post details a process that each board can use in adjusting their leadership towards a strength-based management approach. This choice will create more cohesive, productive and enjoyable boards.

A condo board should consider using strengths-based management because it focuses on maximizing what people naturally do well — leading to higher performance, engagement, and retention. Instead of trying to “fix” weaknesses, it builds a culture where individuals use their innate talents to achieve both personal and organizational success.
